What do you think about these rules?
It's sensible to keep heated political and religious discussions off of Global Chat (GC) and most public spaces. There's plenty of online venues for discussing politics, and we've seen before what political & religious discussions can become on non-political sites where the conversation gets dominated by a few very-invested people (e.g., OT being a radicalization chamber). It's also nice that there's some leeway to still discuss politics & religion for those inclined (e.g., by having obvious and neutral thread titles).
The context of this rule (getting added by surprise, never actually announced, after people were already muted) is of course a lot more dismaying.

Does "Warzone" refer to the original game formerly known as Warlight or the "shared brand" encompassing both Warzone Idle and Warzone Strategic?
