I am thinking of making a "Medium Earth Version 2" map that would be a lot like Medium Earth, but some of the inefficient bonuses would be made efficient and vice versa. For example, North Africa would be worth 4 instead of 3, and West Africa would be 3 instead of 4. Now, East US and East Russia are the worst bonuses on the Earth map, so I would make those more valuable. Any ideas?

No, I am changing bonus values. Sorry for not making that clear. For example, in Europe, Germany and Poland will be connected. I also might add Denmark to Scandenavian Peninsula. These aren't the only things I will be doing, of course.

Well, this is good, but what's really needed is to integrate Alaska into Canada, split Canada in half, shrink Greenland a little, combine Korea with Beijing, and then integrate Hawaii, Japan, and a new country(s) into a Pacific bonus.

I've thought of splitting Canada in half. Right now, Canada just seems too big to be managable. As for Greenland, it seems fine as it is. But I absolutly MUST do something about Korea, because it is arguably the most useless territory in the game. I've thought of adding as a territory in East China, and making it a 6 territory 4 army bonus (after all, there have to be SOME inefficient bonuses to make it interesting).
Not sure the Pacific bonus thing would work, but maybe.

Skunk i have to say something abut the first post it's not an edit but a new map which i think is rather pointless but will be some people's cup of tea. Also chancellor korea is not useless territory and korea should connect to russia.

You misunderstood me. Korea, while not COMPLETELY useless, is honestly pretty bad. As for it connecting to Russia....I dunno...it doesn't seem to really belong in Russia...
