i dont have a good enough memory to hope to ever find a game again unless it was ladder. Im sure people win with east russia because it counters central russia, someone prolly uses it as a counter and then ends up completing it turn 5ish.

1v1/2v2 ladders: Play 5 games at a time to start, so you get as many weak opponents as possible. Stall games and get as many wins as possible to reach first. Hold first for a while, so everyone can see how great you are at stalling. Quit ladder and let yourself get booted in games you are stalling once you are satisfied with the public's impression of you.
RT ladder: Don't join first. Watch who is waiting to play. Join RT ladder if your opponent's rating is high enough for you to maximize your rating gain (if you win) and minimize your rating loss (if you lose). Avoid players you think will beat you. 20 players are worth avoiding. Join to play players you think you can beat. Once you reach first, only play once every three days, to avoid losing and to cling to first for as long as possible, in order to appear still greater. Inflated stats plus longevity are super impressive.
Seasonal ladder: Join early. Win as many early games as you can. Stall early losses so your early match-ups are better. Once you think your opponents will be better, surrender in early losses. Keep winning. If you don't win enough, quit with account #1 and focus more on accounts #2 or #3.

I dont remember, if you find it, post it. @piggy: looking through the games finding such a game is rather simple, just look at the minimap, 95% of the time east russia will be completely empty, just look at the games where eastrussia is no white spot.
