What trilussa said fire was that IF the cold war actually became a hot war (as in actual soldiers of each other fighting after they actually declared on each other) then it would have been world war 3.

Ok for the last time im gonna explain it out
In 1946 the us priesdent said that the amount of soveit union troops deployed in europe was to much and he said he would execute opreation unthinkable which would have been sudcial as there was 2.5 millon allied troops and 10 millon soviet troops which was why it was never exceuted so im doing secraino on what will they do if they did execute it

interesting...can i join it as the Soviet Union? Also, during this time, the U.S.A had troops in iceland and the Soviet controlled countries included Yugoslavia and Albania. Germany and Austria, at that time, was divided into 4 parts between the USA, USSR, France and Great Britain. Finally, Switzeland, Sweden, Finland and Ireland were neutral.
