multi-transfer is actually not very similar to multi-attack. You have to 'earn your way' to move along in multi-attack by winning and predicting victories, presumably taking casualties along the way.

with multi transfer you could move a stack of 100 from one end of the map to the other instantly at no 'cost'!

not to mention it may well make the game hopelessly unplayable.
