I wouldnt randomize the teams for the groups, but rather set them into categories.

for instance :

category A excellent teams

hhh und timi
unknown and ribena
grinche and ruthless bastard
etc.

category B good teams
reza and hedja
etc.

then split them into the groups randomize. one of A, one of B, one of C etc.

also, in the end each League shouldnt have more than 5 to 6 teams max. otherwise it will A. take too long. B. make people lose interest because it takes too long.

This will be the amended initiation process:

I will find outside advice and ask them to categorize the teams into these categories:

Excellent Teams
Good Teams
Average - Below Average Teams
Wildcard Teams


Each initiation round robin will now be set up like this:

1 Excellent team, 1 Good team, 1 Average - Below Average team, and 2 wildcards
