Napoleon buonaparte and me thought about a new card in Warzone, þat would be especially useful and groundbreaking for diplomacy games: The Release card
The cards ability would be that you could select any quantitiy of your own territories and give it to an Open Seat, an AI or a player.
The same turn these territories will be an Open Seat shown at the Open Games menu. The territories would still be attackable at that turn, to prevent "Release-blocking", but not attackable by the releasing player to prevent the simple usage of a card farm. But other players would only be releasable when the original player limit of the game isn't reached, so when you kill a nation, you could install a puppet instead of it in form of another player loyal to you for example. But you say that people will use this to waste time: Well if the regular boot limit is reached and no player took the new seat, the land would go to the original owner and the card would be returned to him. Þe whole diplomacy community on Warzone would welcome this idea.
Design:
I haven't made a proposal yet, but we had þe idea of a man (soldier) standing in a tank with a flag.
