So I could be totally wrong about this but I think their just to big to easily address. If you look at the Status > Declined tab you will see that there are many ideas their similar to the big ones that Fizzer has redirected. Turning down one of the larger suggestions might just be to difficult as there is so much support for them.
PS: Why did you use the new filter?
