i just wanted to let a game be more realistic by preventing somebody to just take over a full othe counry or a minor power
so i took this 1000 bonus to give players a chance to just gift me a terrytory and have resistance forces on their side, as we see in history (balcans after otoman declining) also often states are getting independent
(here is place for your advertisement)
I never planned to win this PRACTISE GAME just to be a balancing factor and surrender when somebody in my opinion has knocked of his oponents in a historic way
