Zen Dynamics clan has just begun to form clan staff.It's purpose is to improve current situation in clan and make the things go faster.

Each staff member will have his own speciality and his own range of functions to do. Enyone who is interested in joining and meets prerequisities is able to join staff. In order to join you have contact me and tell me which possition (You can only be at one possition at time) do you want to join. After that you'll be invited into a game where I'll give you more information abot your chosen speciality and will tell you if you can join. In order to join, you'll have to add [Zen-D] Clan tag in beggining of your name and write your speciality on your tagline.

Staff members instantly become Zen Dynamics clan members and are able to participate in our games and also have to play our applicant exam/test games. All staff members should also follow rules posted on this thread http://warlight.net/Forum/Thread?ThreadID=4552
Any staff member who performs bad can be replaced with another player.

Requirements: Ability to do any function of any other staff member; 2 months of time spent in Zen-D clan.

Functions:
a) Make sure that specialist work well.
b) Do best to improve Zen-D enviroment.
c) Replace leader and find new Leader Assistant if current leader becomes inactive/leaves the clan.

Requirements: High activity; good knowledge of English.

Functions:
a) Visit forums daily.
b) Update forum interference.
c) Moderate forums.

Requirements: 60+% 1v1 winrate; 45+% winrate on 2v2 and 3v3; at least 200 games played; High Activity; Good oratory; good knowledge of English; Strategies knowledge and innovative thinking.

Functions:
a) Check newest Zen-D clan games.
b) Check newest ladder games.
c) Be aware of many different kind of strategies.
d) Keep searching for newest strategies.
e) Create new effective strategies on various settings or maps.
f) Post on Zen Dynamics forums about various strategies.

5. Evaluater x2 (Currently 2 spots available)
Requirements: 55+% 1v1 winrate; at least twenty 1v1 games played; e-mail.

Functions:
a) Check all exam games and rate them acordingly to exam game criteria.
b) Check all test games and rate them acordingly to test games criteria.
c) If applicant has finished all his games, check his performance acordingly to additional test games criteria.
d) After checking applicant's performance accordingly to additional test games criteria, check his singleplayer campaign performance.
e) After doing parts a-e, sum up all the points and give applicant an appropriate level.
f) Post all results on Zen Dynamics forums and also inform them to leader via e-mail

Requirements: 45+% 1v1 winrate; at least twenty 1v1 games played.

Functions:
a) Play 1v1 exam games which are played against Zen-D applicants.
b) Inform Zen-D forums when a 1v1 game finishes

Requirements: 55+% 1v1 winrate; at least fourthy 1v1 games played

Functions:
a) Play 1v1 tutorial games.
b) Help players improve their gameplay.

Requirements: Creativity; membership.

Functions:
a) Make various polls in warlight or Zen-D clan forums to find out what kinds of tournaments do players need.
b) Ability to create tournaments and invite all required players to them fast.
c) Make all tournaments have auto-boot.
d) Create various types of innovative tournaments.
e) Advertise Zen-D clan via tournaments.

b) Review more important/interesting Zen-D clan members games in open tournaments.
c) Review more important/interesting ladder games.
d) Post all reviews on Zen-D forums.

Coming back to the thread, don't you think that there are too many functions? Having 22 guys only on staff, wow, that means having at least other 20-30 players. Usually the staff is half of the members. How many players do you have actually?

I'm going to just take a wild guess at and say not that many if he's advertising it in the forum

Currently we have 49 players (18 members + 31 applicants) and higher level of organization is a must for my clan. It's not so easy to manage 31 applicants and 18 members and create/evaluate all the exam/test games :)

@ Hellbender, we only need people willing to work well and match requirements. Also our staff members will need to add our [Zen-D] clan tag in beginning of their name. Hell bender, You already are in warlighters clan, so I think it would be best to stay in your clan, because I don't want players from other clans to take staff possitions.

Wow. So I'm wondering if this is a legitimate need or just a clever recruiting ploy? My clan has about 35+ members at this point with frankly no need to compartmentalize managerial functions- "runs smooth like butter....." What has been the biggest stumbling block to your clans running well? I'm afraid you are going to create the whole "too many chiefs and not enough indians" scenario, and every time any little thing goes sideways there will be a lot of finger pointing and "not my job!" going on. Zen-D has some pretty good players in it, and I'd hate to see the whole thing come crashing down due to massive amounts of confusion among the leaders/players/recruits. Sometimes less is more, just sayin'.

or you can try my clan's method: where everyone is a leader and can choose to do whatever the f*ck they want lol :)

I could make a good recruiter. English is my natural lnguage, I'm on at the very least once a day (usually two or three times), and I have no problem mking new games for new players. My only problem, is that I am in the {101st} clan. I know a player in our clan, that has joind us as well as the clan {Warighter}. Would it be ok if I stay in my clan, as well as join yours? I have played several Zen-D clan members, and I have respect for your clan. Although I might have chosen a different position than recruiter, I don't play too many 1v1 games. Although I like playing them, I find games with atleast 2v2 more entertaining.

P.S:I have reread my message, and please know that any typos are not my fault. My computer is stupid and won't let me add anything, it just replaces it with something else :/
