I think one local deployment template is a good thing so long as it's still quick and (strategic), I'm also in favour of a multi-attack template. With the RT ladder I think variety is important.

I do, however, agree that the templates could be improved I just don't think removing much of the variation is an improvement.

A new template voting in/out is in order. Cue Fizzer!

I think LD is a fun variant, and it's not like there are an overwhelming number of LD templates in the ladder anyway. I'm always in favor of increasing the variety on the ladder though.

FFA was removed months ago.

I should really check the facts before speaking. hehe
at least I have somewhat popular ideas, if out of date.
