I prefer food when the food is edible enough that it will not cause me to stop living after consuming it. The food must be consumed at a time when I have not had an amount of food for a period of time lengthy enough to feel the urge for food again. This time normally arrives about eight hours after consuming food.
If it's spicy, good, but it can't be so spicy you can barely eat it. I also love Italian food, especially if it is eaten in Italy out of the tourist districts. I also really like Slavic food, it's just so damn good! Seafood is one of my favorites, if cooked correctly and not deep fried. I don't like plain steamed seafood that much though. Curry is also on my list, and so is Japanese, Thai, and Filipino. I should probably sum it up and say: European, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Indian food is all delicious, if done right. American food is not the best in my world.
