i have 5 skip level in my "powers". My question is how does it work here; if i use 1 of it, i will leave the map i am playing now and will go to the next one which is Europe 1066AD, i understand that. So does that mean i can start playing this next map for awhile and if i want to come back to Fort Harbor and continue it ? but in that case what about the money and the armies i had before i skip ? does it start from Zero ? Ans if so, then what is the point ? there is something i dont get...but i am kinda stupid maybe.
No. If you use one, you will unlock the next available level, but then be given the option to start it and leave the current. You can decline this option if you want.
If you choose to start the new level, it works the same as if you abandoned your current level and choose to start the new one from the level select screen.
I works best if you can combine it with a Multi-level power. I've currently gotten up to Far Land playing the levels sequentially, but I've unlocked 9 levels further, so using a Multi-level, I'm playing that level too.
ok so actually this skip level is only made to leave a current level and abandon it to play the next one ? But why and for what benefit should i leave an unfinished level, what is the "gain" ,
Sorry to look that silly but i can understand all the powers i have but not this one
i see it just unlocks it, but this same level will be unlocked too when i have finish the current one. So why should i unlock It ? or even use the 5 skip the level and unlock several levels bur what for...
and i know the combined skip/mulitilevel but theres been only 1 mulitilevel from the start to Fort Harbor
When I said it just unlocks the next level, I lied a bit. It actually unlocks the next locked level every time you use one. So using the 5 skips you have will unlock the next 5 levels from where you're at. Based on your current level progress, my advice would be finish your current level to normally unlock the next level, but don't start it. Without leaving the finished level, use all 5 skips you have, and you'll be able to skip ahead 6 levels.
Note: Skipping extra levels doesn't complete them, so if you want to beat every level, you will have to go back and beat them yourself if you decide to skip ahead.
sorry but i didnt understand that, my english might not be that good actually...
There are 3 maps after Fort Harbor so if i use 3 skip level i can play directly the last one which is old town. but what do you by saving my idle play time ? i know that if i dont play for 3 hours (2 + 1 from the advancments), then the game stop until i play again so what will change if i skip 3 levels ?
and dont hesitate to not answer if i am boring you in any kind of way, no worries at all

A couple things:
there are a lot more levels after Fort Harbor, but you cannot see those yet, since you only see the next 3 locked levels
if you used enough skip levels, you could play the last level after finishing your current one
the average play time of a level seems to be about 2 weeks, so if you skip a couple levels, you "save" the weeks you would have needed to play through the levels the normal way
There's actually 15 past Fort Harbor. One of the updates Fizzer did to WI made it so only the next 3 locked levels are visible to you. This visibility limit has no effect on whether or not you can use a skip.
ok, so finishing Fort Harbor will unlock Europe 1066 Ad. Then from Fort harbor, using 2 skip level (because there would be just 2 maps left), will unlock roads of silk and iron and the last one, old town. Ans i could play Old town. but again why be playing old town before Europe 1066 or roads of silk and iron ?
i know, i know, ...i will soon leave you alone ...
Thanks JK_3. ok plenty of levels left after what my screen show, i get it. so without using skip levels it would take weeks and weeks to finish 1 map and get to the next one and so on, i understand. So using my 5 skip levels would bring me to 5 maps up and save months of playing the precedent ones but - again a question - isnt the point to play each map and finish them ?
Every time you unlock a level, the next hidden level will be shown as locked. Old Town isn't the last level, so you can use all 5 skips and see past it no problem.
As for what the point is, each level offers more AP than the map before, so if you start Old Town next, or whatever the furthest level you have unlocked after using the skips, you can for a higher AP reward early.

The risk of starting a high level without having played the earlier levels is that you might lack the required AP to get the advancements you need to play the high level efficiently
that is right, i experimented it by finding a multilevel play (or something like that) on K pax i think and used with skip level according to some wise advises i had been given from nice guys of this forum. then i could play 2 maps simultanously. But since then there was no multilevel on all the other maps.
well by now i think i haver abused enough of you si i leave you and"set you free". really did appreciate all your kind explanations and your patience .
