This graph shows the types of maps that the top 100 warlight maps are.

Chart Details

Firstly some information about it. The reds bars are maps that are either part fictional or set in the past. The blue bars are real places at this current time. For practical reasons the solar system map is in the fictional section even though it is a real world map.
The catorgoes are sorted by continent. So maps of part of continenets are in there content sections. (Eg: USA big is in the North America Bar.

What this shows

Well it shows that people love there fictional maps. 32% of maps in the top 100 are fictinal. Another interesting fact is that there are alot of historical maps in the top 100. Furthermore nealy all of the earth maps out there are in the top 100. Maybe this is due to them beign some of the largest maps in warlight, maybe its beacosue people can relate to them. But maybe there just great maps.

So...

What do you make of this graph. Discuss.

So 32% are fictional and 68% are real-life and that shows that people love fictional maps? I'd say it shows the exact opposite to be true..

I just like playing good maps, real or imagined. It's just a fact that a lot of fictional maps are very imprecise, and I think that a higher percentage of real-world maps exemplify great work and thought about bonus dispersion and whatnot.

Richard if you read the graph description you would know that the bars in red are fictional maps/ maps that are set in the past. The blue are real world. (All except the solar systam map which is in the space bar but is acturly a real world map.)

Richard, maybe he is comparing to how many fictional and nonfictional maps there are in the whole of warlight, maybe just say 1:4 ratio (20%) and then in the top 100 it is 32%, so the fictional maps on average are rated higher. This could be a rason, I am not saying it is the reason
