So there is one europe map where the scotland bonus is buggy in that one territory covers another territory making it difficult to click on the smaller territory.

I just wonder if anybody has had thoughts on doing something similar where there are hidden territories that you would have to know about to find. perhaps secret territories that provide new connections to territories that otherwise could not be reached from that location.

Can this be done? Is it a good idea to do it? Would this be against the spirit of the game?

That could be really unfair.
