Is the formula for the armies received from the supercamp public?

The regular camp formula is on the wiki and the new mines formula just multiplies by 0.3/0.6/0.8 on the 1st 3 levels to "force you" to upgrade to at least lv4. It seems that the super part of the camp is the upgrade formula so I'm curious about it.
