First Order: Have your 100 (99 armies) take Sardania Second Order: Algeria take Andalusia Third Order: Marocco reinforce (rf) Andalusia
The empire will waste its stacks at Central Spain and Portugal to RF. It's imperative your 99 man stack take Sardania for the next turn, if the AI manages to take Sardania first, restart the game
Turn 2: Deploy all armies to Algeria First Order: Have stack at Andalusia rf Algeria Second Order: Capture Belaras with stack at Sardania Third Order: Rf Belaras with surviving deployments at Algeria
Turn 3: Deploy all armies to Andalusia (yes, ignore Sardania for now) First Order: Have stack at Algeria rf Andalusia Second Order: send 10 armies from Belaras to rf Sardania Third Order: Attack central spain and portugal from Andalusia 4th Order: Capture Eastern Spain from Belaras (10 armies should be enough) and send the rest to capture Spain Pyranas
At this point, if you are able to capture most of the territories on turn 3 (at least 3) you should be able to pull out a win.
The key to this level is anticipating where your opponent will attack and stall long enough to keep an eye on the stack.
Good luck
