This really seems like two people who like the drama. There was no need for this entire conversation. Or for this forum post.

What makes you think I liked it? I didn't like what he was doing and responded. Wasn't going to make it public until he started fabricating claims that I had insulted other players in the team chat.

Imagine for a moment that you had left the conversation as soon as it turned into an argument.

Just imagine:
You say: this dude surrendered for a shitty reason.
The dude says: I had a good reason.
You think he's lying. So you blocklist him, you close the screen, and you leave. And you carry on with your life.

Would have saved you twenty minutes of agitated discussion. Would have saved you the effort of this forum post. Would probably have saved you a lot of frustration.

I never said it was frustration for me. It was a thing in the side, no big deal for me. Sometimes I just ignore, sometimes I see value in responding. These kind of guys never learn if there is ever no push back to their lies.

Edit: and I don't think he is lying. I know he was. The evidence is crystal clear.
