Ok. For a tournament that we're in (tournament:the), we've been waiting in the pre-game to play this team for probably 2 weeks. Is there anyways we can get around and boot?

"Now you can now resolve this issue by simply nudging them from the lobby screen. This will force them into the game. If they still don't play, you can then boot them from the game screen. This isn't an ideal solution, but it's at least enough to get the tournament moving.

Note that this feature only works on tournament games :)

We've tried doing that and an error comes up when we try to nudge.

Ah, an error, in that case post a link to the tournament and to the game and then when Randy sees the post he'll be able to have a look and fix it.
