There is a bug in the distribution in the Duel map (pirate vs Ninja). So there is an option called random cities distribution, which supports 0 players. So when you choose that setting, you can't actually start a game.

dont choiose it.... there is one only possible distribution for that map.... t6here r 2 territories, u have to have at least 2 players..... it isnt all that hard
