If Billy doesn't play, yet isn't inactive (can be checked on his profile or by looking at his forum activity), and doesn't do anything after you message him, then boot him and take it as a surrender. Billy shouldn't be allowed to get away with challenge dodging by simply not playing.

You are nowhere near being the best player on WarLight. Do you actually believe that you are, given all the proof that you aren't. Ryan seems to beat you consistently, and he isn't what most would consider a 'top player' (no offence intended Ryan :) ). Can you give me proof that you are; proof that cannot be disputed. Can you prove yourself the best player on WarLight beyond reasonable doubt? Somehow, I don't think so :P

Once you do prove yourself the best player on WarLight, I will bow down before you and do pretty much anything you ask me to, regarding you as a god. I doubt that day will come though.

Im pretty sure your rule was if we dont play join or make the new game in 48 hours it is a forfeit so you have 1 hour left till you lose that one

No, we did not agree to that. And booting me straight away in the first game in the middle of a 20-game match is ridiculous.

When did I refuse to play? I thought I had three days to take my turn and I damn sure thought that he wouldn't be booting me 5 seconds after he was able to. I wouldn't have done that.

I was way behind and wanted to think hard before I took my turn, to try and come up with a way to give myself a chance. I've been busy the last couple of days and didn't have a chance - but I was going to take my turn for sure.

aww I am on your side, booting is always bad. Winning by boot while the other person is thinking is no win at all.

We all know winning by boot is not great. Ryan didn't win by boot though. He was in a much better position then you and would have won that game.

Out of interest, why did you pick Russia at all when the only non-wastelanded bonus next to you was terrible and you had to go through a wastelanded bonus to get to an expandable bonus?

uh, ya, he did. his first post here was asking if people thought he won or not.

some games it's 100%. some games its 50/50. this game was neither. i'd say his odds of winning were probably 80-90%. but that still 10-20% chance of my win - and he fucking robbed me off that by adding something to the settings which is non-standard, not what we agreed to and then enforcing it with no discussion.

seems you guys are his friends and don't want to call him out when he behaves badly. that's what he has done here, friend or not.
