As far as I know, no one has written one up. Actually GUI made a short one but I don't have the link and it doesn't go into a lot of detail. Watch qi/unknownsoldier, dunga's, summer's, and Timis teams games. Those are where you can learn a lot because they demonstrate their understanding of the 2v2 template very well in their games.

I'm not sure a guide is really usefull. The most important thing is play, play and play, specially with a player more experienced.
