Dear a A man in search of answers it seems you are always in search of answers and there is nothing wrong with that for curiosity is normal and human nature.However your curiosity seems to harm you such as getting raped by capybaras,chased by capybarian mafias and friends killed and on the run.
1)I do not use slave labour anymore, i used to but then one christmas day my elves or tried to kill me by crashing my sleigh and also blackmailed claiming they will reveal all my secrets and why i do this job(not for the right reasons).
2)Ever since a murder attempt and coup i have been nicer so i give them pay and benefits.
3)I got my slaves from an ancient tribe that existed in the north pole,i took over the tribe easily made them my laves for a while until i gave them freedom.Fun fact i abolished elf slavery around same time slavery was abolished.
4)My elves look like russian pows because they were originally pows in the brutal Elvo-Santa War in which i took control.Them looking russian is because they are closely related to humans therefore they can look like any race or tribe.
