There are at least 3 clans without any members. When will they be grandfathered like maps? Will they even be someday?

If nobody claims them anymore and they would just lay there like corpses on the clanpage, would it be possible for me to take control of one of them?

Why should you get it for free? Something fairer would be a large competition to determine who inherits the clan.

@Arun: It was a general public question on what fizzer is planing with them. If I wanted just to find a sneaky way of getting a clan for free I wouldnt have asked publicly. I am not Arun.
The clans have been lying idle for a quite a while and i havent seen anyone inquire about them (publicly) yet. And if someone would have done that before me, my first reaction wouldnt have been jealousy. That`s how much I am not Arun.

My idea anyways would be having a competitive clan where the clan leader shifts according to his performance against the previous clanholder. Kind of like a robber band or gang. You get challenged, you accept the challenge, you lose , you have to join. You win, you join, but are the new clan leader. That is sooo much not Arun.

Its no poin revamping those clans and their out of date they also have to be against eg. LEA , Maximus Trollimitus , [20] , Blitz , Ahol

If u were to revamp a clan that has no members you have to go against other clans cuz your clan wont be popular and also be out of date

That list can't possibly be right. No way USA doesn't have the most players. Poland might have a higher percentage (based on population), but not more total.
