I don't understand third round. You have 3 people advancing from 2nd round. is it 1v1 round robin with those 3?

WG will not be participating in this as a clan (random teammates and your arbitrary pick does not interest us), but if anyone from our clan wants to play they can of course.

To answer the 2 questions, you get a entry per clan and enterys per region. As the Juggarnaoughts dont have a clan entry then i put one of your members onto that.
