I so don't get that mindset.

Games have boot times. When you join a game you can see what they are.
If you go over the time and get booted its your fault. Not booting someone who goes over the time is going above and beyond what should be expected, because anyone that goes over the time is essentially forfeiting.

Know what else I don't get?

People expecting the entire community to blacklist someone because they don't like them.

When you find someone you don't like for whatever reason, feel free to blacklist them, but there's noreason to request other people to do so as well.

So let me get this straight:

Let's say there's a 5 min boot and no autoboot on a rather big map where an individual or a team has (for example) scattered territories and has to defend, attack and/or aid others to finish his/her or their orders in time. Would you think that booting 1 second after the 5 min boot limit would be fair towards others in the game?

I could very easily be wrong in some points of my opinion, but if you REALLY think that booting 1 second after the first boot limit is "fair" to you, then I don't think you deserve a better treatment.

This isn't an example of a simple "I don't like you" attitude. What XeonStorm did is an example of despair for not knowing what to do in the particular situation.

If you are more concerned about the "childish comments" rather than the game itself, then it seems to me that you don't get many things beside the "mindset".

Gentlylotus, you're allowed to boot people. There's nothing wrong with booting someone because they're too slow. They know the boot times, they should follow the rules.

Nauzhror, you're allowed to blacklist anyone you don't want to play with.
