The Jedi became terrorists after attempt after attempt they try to overthrow an Empire whose government is legitimate.
The Sith culture are those who are taught the teachings of the Jedi plus, most importantly, the other side of the coin. Learning both Light and Dark.
The Jedi solution was to basically kidnap children at an early age. I can be for sure that the children are kidnaped as several Jedi, the same ones who find children, have been seen using brainwashing techniques without remorse.
Sure 'Anger' isn't 'The way', but this is a Preach vs Reality situation. "Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hatred leads to suffering...but what the Jedi failed to teach you, what I have learned, is how to persevere, to pass through the suffering, and achieve ultimate power!"
-Count Dooku, Star Wars: Dark Disciple
In essence, we must acknowledge our emotions and thoughts, and we must learn to understand and deal with them. Not just ignore or block off like the Jedi.

Grey Jedi are the better, but a star wars galaxy without the force would be way more interesting in my opinion. As long as it exists, there will always be a two class society in both lore and narrative with anything a non-force user does being rendered obsolutete (just imagine Thrawn being able to ursup the Empire from Palpatine and where that would lead).
