On a related note, would be helpful to have some kind of "andon" button to automatically stop production at the moment of completion of a current alloy-bar or item.
At higher levels, ores are precious, and bars, buy-sell prices and ingredient volumes are very high, and crafting times are very long. It's costly to miss the moment of completion (from 100% back to 0%) if you are planning on changing recipes. It can sometimes waste hours and cost billions to start crafting the wrong items not required at the moment.
I've already fired one of my foreman for missing a critical multi-crafter shift from rivets to struct.
