Side question to the native speakers - which one's correct:

or
"In fact I've already joined the game you made."

Neither of those sentences are correct. You require a comma after "In fact."
The variation of where you put 'have' does not matter though.
In fact, I have already joined the game you made.
In fact, I already joined the game you have made.
So long as you use have at least once the sentence is correct. You can even use have twice if you so choose.
