Also note I will be the game master and will not take a country in this, if the game is large enough I might have a “game moderator” or 2 to help with this and to note players that break the rules, although everyone deserves a second chance, if the offense if big enough they might not get another chance, examples: forum spam, trying to cause confusion on purpose, etc
