Greetings, all!

During the idle game play, we can all agree, only hospitals are important buildings to take care of their position on the map. I think that all other buildings, once they are taken, should be moved off the map (they are already in menus on the bottom of the screen) the same way it is done with recipes, powers and digging sites (when they are explored/taken).

That should free maps from obstructions and also (I guess) speed game play.

I've never opened a building by clicking on the map > find, so they might as well be gone

It would leave the map quite empty tho, so perhaps it would be best if its a setting that can be turned on or off

Currently, caches and recipes disappear from the map once conquered. Army and mercenary camps, hospitals and mines don't. Digging sites used to remain, now disappear but not when conquered - they disappear when digging starts. Powerups disappear when claimed.

I sometimes wish for conquered buildings to be hidden from the map; an exception for challenges where the opponent can grab your camps and hospitals back.

Also at the end of a game I wiuld like to turn everything back on, including recipes and caches, to have a grand view of the map (and make strategies for a replay, although nowadays updates change the maps).

So I'm for a toggle accessible to the user. Since some players would like to keep hospitals or dig sites on the map, probably each building type should be toggable, with dig sites and powerups having three states ( show, hide, and the current mode of hide after use ). I would make caches and recipes toggable, too, although I only want to see them after completing a level. I would also make bonuses toggable - during most games I look for bonuses I can complete before signing off, and seeing conquered bonuses are a bit distracting.

Half of the bonuses are buildings/caches anyway, so they would be gone already

^ I was referring to money income bonuses above. When I look over the map, conquered swiss cheese style, I would like to see only the bonuses not yet taken. Sometimes I take 2k-3k bonuses before logging off, and fail to notice a 8k-9k bonus that is nearly completed.

yeah, it would be nice if you could mark 1 thing in idle (either 1 bonus or 1 territory), as a reminder for when you come back

Probably, as it is done for digging sites and powerups, it would be nice if we can have a button to show buildings that are still not taken, also for recipes and powerups (to see is there and if it is worth in some phase of the game).
