Aranka, that was the old elite, i consider you guys to be a completely different clan. You guys will defintiely be invited to the third clan league. One of the serious contenders? I think you guys would be strong and finish in the top 5 but I don't see you beating apex or [WM].

Furthermore you should check your knowledge of the english language with regards to the term "dark horse". So far I never claimed we were bound to beat them, but I certainly will remain postulating the fact we might suprise one or both of those teams.

i've got to agree with aranka on this, there're some very strong players in relite, there is a chance, even very small, that they could pull something off (:

I think Relite are being underestimated, however if all clans use their top 4 players, then it will be an extremely good group of tournys.

Should be interesting. I expect WM to win, with Apex coming second, and WG/Ahol close behind (even pulling second off....?). I think Relite will definitely get into the top 5, but only time will tell if they beat the other top clans.

there were some unexpected moments in the league, fortunate for some, for others very bad and decisive..
but i don't want to spoil for those who wait. definitely looking for next season..

dont worry, hedja. Most WG players brag and underestimate other clans. I expect nothing less, especially from someone like warlightrat. :p

Chinaman, what are you talking about? JSA and Warlightvet are probably the only people I see on here talking about WG. Since we have 12 members, I have no idea where you get 'most' from.

And pretty much all of us think we are a step behind WM and Apex, in the same conversation as ReLite, Ahol, etc.

We will prove it in the next clan league.

Chris, I think we can almost always rely on Chinaman to spout rubbish like that. I didn't actually see Warlightvet underestimate Relite; he just said what Aranka did in different words. JSA never bigs up WG either. They accept they are slightly behind Apex and WM but I'm sure that makes them even keener to beat them. They have a chance of doing so too. The next clan league will be very interesting.....

we were just chatting about the clan league yesterday. i think he wants to do it soon. we lost a lot of games to boots, so i want to avenge those too

still you guys would probably be above RSP lol, two people in the 3v3s no longer use the accounts, and a few players played in multiple competitions, so we probably lost a ton of points :D

Um, we lost like half our 3v3 games in there to boots, so you really can't judge WG by that, plus we only had 4 members in that clan league. We have 12 people in WG now.

Who would you say are your best options in the next clan league?

RSP are as close to dead as a clan can be. Lime surrendered in the 3v3 game we are playing with them because he was sick of Chinaman. Most of the other members are Pulsey (Chinaman) playing on their accounts. I surrendered in that 3v3 to make it into 2v2; we aren't giving RSP an excuse for losing.

Arun - sorry to interrupt you.. Especially when I did not see the exact game you are referring to, but you made a point here which is in my opinion one of the common myths in WL. Surrendering one player in 3v3 after a player in opposing team gets booted DOES NOT EQUALIZE chances to WIN..

If played correctly, a team in 3v3 is complete and works in a synergy. After random player gets booted, the synergy is broken, so positionally that puts that team in a very weak position (with the exception of a late game boot of weak player - but in that case the team usually loses or wins regardless). Now when you decide to surrender to "make it a 2v2" ok, you give the other team SOME advantage to what they had as 3v2, but I think EVERY time i have seen a player of one team surrender for the sake of "fair play", it was the weakest link - either weakest player in terms of income, or a player with hopeless, very distant position.. And this hardly changes anything.. Actually it only made the winning team feel better (because the "gave the others equal chances".. when you reduce a 3-player team to 2 random players, and 2 strongest players in other team remain, they still dont have any chance to win the game. So my advise - don't get booted, and don't bother if enemy get's booted, because it's their fault.. if the game was won/lost already - then the losers should just surrender. If the game was rather balanced, then just vote to end, or in case of tournament take the win. Don't try to equalize the game, because it's usually not possible. There are of course some exceptions, but very limited to games, where at least one team is fully aware of the position, and when that knowledge is used when player about to surrender is picked.
