Welcome to CL14! As CL13 is wrapping up we've started working on CL14 and we'd like to update you about what we've decided thus far.
For starters: Starting this CL (CL14), both me (Farah) and Master Meldarion (
https://www.warzone.com/Profile?p=8285645937) will be co-dictating the CL. This means we're equally responsible for anything that happens and you should message both of us with any issues.
Second up is the schedule:
We have heard many a request for a less condensed schedule, which we are giving you; but due to summer break and us not being able to guarantee substitutions during that time, we want the last game to be created before half of july. Due to this, we have decided to start the next Clan League rather soon. We want all information by the
24th of February, by 23:59 CET (or GMT +1), so
rosters, line-ups and sign-ups. You have this entire period to do all of these; the earlier any information comes from your clan, the better. Sign-ups can be send either to mail to Farah♦ and Master Meldarion (profile links:

https://www.warzone.com/Profile?p=8285645937) or through a reply on this thread. Rosters and line-ups are always to go through warzone mail to both players. We aim to both be fully informed on all matters.
For template selection, we have contacted all clan contacts (of clans that participated last Clan League) to nominate templates, we have explained to them that we will be selecting the team templates based on recommendations, factoring in previous CLs and variety. For 1v1's we have adapted the system a bit, instead aiming to categorize the nominations and preselecting them within a category, with at least two templates and at most five per category, between which a randomizing format will be used to select the templates. There will be 2 SR templates, 1 WR template, 1 Niche template, 1 INSS template and 1 Wildcard. This wildcard will be selected last and will be decided between all the templates that have been preselected but not yet selected.

This date will also apply to the kick off stream. Should I be unable to figure this date out due to curfew, there will be separate streams and/or a different method of deciding the 1v1's in a random way (probably a small program), and the date for the kick-off stream will still be announced by monday at the latest.

Darts for categories Niche, INSS & SR1 will be equal chances for each template. For WR & SR2 we've decided to give bigger shares to the templates with more nominations, it will be proportional to the amount of nominations. This is because the differences between the high voted and lesser voted templates were big. The same could have been said about the Niche category, but as Bork and Landria (the two Niche templates with by far the most votes) were most recently played, we decided to even out the odds.
The data on the nominations will not be made public, don't ask for it, we have decided it's best the blame lay with us if you don't like anything about these decisions, not with specific clans or people who have made nominations.
These decisions are final, but if you have any questions, contact me and/or Master Meldarion, we will try to answer them as well we can.
