Regular = infantry Mechanized infantry: can move 2, attacks at normal Artillery: attack 10% more than regulars, raises attack value of infantry 10% per artillery Tank: move 2, attacks 50% more than regulars Strategic bomber: can bomb cities and air bases up to a customized amount of spaces, attacks at twice of regular Tactical bomber: attacks 50% better, can bomb air bases, attack an additional 50% better when supported by fighters or tanks Fighter: attacks at 30% better, supports tactical bombers AAA (antiaircraft artillery) shoots down planes with 10% weighted random chance.

Setting aside the question of whether it would be desirable to turn Warzone into Axis and Allies, how would all this additional information be displayed in-game? Many maps already struggle with depicting commanders and/or cities in the limited space per territory. Eight different unit types would probably necessitate eight icons plus a number next to each icon to denote quantity. That would mean territories would require an order of magnitude more surface area to be able to handle it all. Few, if any, current maps fit the bill.
