and another one who thinks he is so supersmart - 1 min boot time, 300 cards at the start, you can't hold any - everybody gets booted;
do not join any games by player "my brother" who is hosting this kind of fraud.

pls do something to prevent these kind of settings since it's against the TOS; (like disabling the option of card-limits on games with 1 min boot time, or disabling the option of 1 min boot time on maps that have 50+ territories, or just add an option to discard ALL cards of one card type with one click :P - that would solve the problem)
