I saw it differently. When WM was disoriented and without a leader a true leader emerged, WM X the Wise. But then WM Red the Unreasonable came back and scolded the Wise, which was unreasonable because X is so wise. Some people in WM were outraged and "retired" from the clan in order to found or be recruited into new clans. Others felt the stinging rejection and quietly retired their WM tags. It was a sad day in human history. Women cried. Babies retired from crying.
