Can you add some more detail besides that empty message?

What are the problems you are experiencing? When do these problems occur?

Every time when I switch from PC to phone, last few orders are dissappeared.
Ctrl+Alt+G isn't working.

Isn't working = you press it, nothing happens, the sync message doesn't pop up?

Nothing happens.

It is possible that whatever browser you use (or some installed add-on) has reserved this shortcut and is, therefore, overwriting the game's sync action with something else. In that case, the sync can never actually happen. But identifying such a case is pretty difficult usually because most programs (or add-ons) don't list all their shortcuts somewhere.

Does the sync guys work well for you now?

Earlier the sync was good for me too.
But after the last update...
