Is not spam, is good drama. Also figured maybe no one cares.
I think a clans success (whatever that means really depends on the person) depends mostly on the leaders (or councils) activity and drive to keep going (I know right, so obvious). He doesn't have to lead by example, just needs to nourish and grow the community, others will step up.
Arrow has a ton of activity and is eager, the problematic part is that when he dips he dips hard and when he is driven again he has to waste time and energy on building back up what he broke. He needs a council that cuts him off when he starts dipping again.
He is also extremely selfish in the ways that have been described earlier in the thread, which isn't really a great start, but sheer activity and drive (he has said it to me that he is eager to prove everyone wrong, then again he has said a lot of things) can still get the clan pretty far.
He just needs to drop the desperate strategic goal he has and be more casual about it. Just my take on it.
EDIT: Personally I think the more successful clans we have the better and more exciting the community of this game will be. That's my selfish reason to hope for Excel to do well.
