We have a detective, somewhere. If we tell the detective to spy out Ace this turn, and myself or His Balls (only certain villagers) play the witness card, we can establish this once and for all.

This is an excellent plan. I'd say both the friends play the Witness card incase one of you is taken out. Or is that a waste?

Dont want to draw attention to us but the claims seem to have just been accepted so far. Where are all the Mafia? Are you just gonna let the town form an alliance?

I'm still voting inactive. They are the mafia. In my opinion.

Frank is probably a greater target then us.

I thought it was a waste. I thought whichever of the friends plays the witness card should be protected, but I dunno it was just a thought I had so I posted it before I thought it through properly :D

His Balls as I stated earlier, Ace is the most suspicious AND is active. The reason why I vote for an inactive now, and wait for judgement on Ace Windu.

I would like to point out 2 things, in case you guys have missed it:
1) If you play the witness card your role will be revealed in the public night report.
2) If you play the witness card you will not only see the role of the ones that got killed during night, you will also see the role of who got lynched on the previous day.
I repeat public kill reports only reveal alignments, not roles.

Since no one played the witness card last night you will not know what role Lawlz was until the end of the game, you only know that he was neutral.

I have no clue how many maffia there are, but if the friend claim is true (which I think is pretty likely) we have 3 people claiming to be neutral.

So out of a possible 9 left there need to be 2 maffia factions, which means should be a high chance of use lynching a maffia.

I have no idea who to vote for now though since most of them haven't said much.

Also if I manage to survive the night are there any preference for who I should block?

@Apollo, this is day 2. Lawlz was lynched the first day. He was a neutral but we don't know what his role was. Mafia didn't kill anyone last night.

@Frank, what do you mean 3 people claim to be neutral? I think everyone does implicitly. Do you mean 3 claim roles?

Successful save report:
[alignment] was saved by an unknown hero.

Successful save report with witness:
[alignment] was saved by an unknown hero.
[role] was a witness.

Private reports

Witness report:
[role] [action] [alignment].
[role] [kill action] [role].
[role] [no action].

Detective report:
Detective detects a [alignment]

Idiot report:
Detective detects a [flip coin/alignment]

Public reports - reports everyone sees in the thread after a day or night phase ends.
Private reports - only the players who played witness card or specific roles see.
Name - player name ofcourse
Alignment - mafia or neutral
Role - wiseguys, mademen, heroes, innocents, friends, detectives, idiots, prostitutes.
Action - role specific action made, ie save, block, kill, detection.
Kill action - lynch kill, night kill.
No action - sleeping soundly, ie inactive, blocked, no unanimous vote.
Flip coin - getting heads means true alignment, getting tails means false alignment.

No I'm sorry.
Due to the fact that everyone can change their votes up until the last minute I will not keep a live vote count, if you want that you have to do it yourself.
Once the deadline is passed I will check everyones latest vote. I will not count the vote posts that were edited after the deadline was reached.

No. You'll see:

Detective detects a [alignment]
Same report the detective sees.

Example of a witness report from page one:
Detective detects a neutral.
Wiseguys shoot the detective.
Hero saves a neutral.
Prostitute blocks a mafia.
Mademen don't shoot anyone.
Idiot detects a neutral.

Example of a public night report for the same night:
*insert name* dies. He was a neutral.
*insert role* was a witness.

We should just use one witness report per turn and let each other know what we saw. I'm willing to use mine first if you want. I sense a quick victory.

The idiot may see the correct thing but may see an incorrect thing. It's random.
