E88, why don't you ask an American (or do a Google search) to properly name the bonuses based on actual regions in the US?

@The Chameleon, the regions are based on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_regions_of_the_United_States#Census_Bureau-designated_areas .

It's odd to see a 'US Regions' map without seeing new england, the (deep) south, the great lakes, etc., and instead there are cardinal directions that lack historical or cultural significance. For a war game, people might be less excited to fight for the west south central or east north central than for a traditional region whose name is used in everyday speech when discussing regions. Census data names are not how people talk. But maybe government officials might get excited about the names.

some of those names are used but from what i know ohio area is great lakes, northeast is new england, and colorado area is the rockies
