Turn 3 seems stronger then it actually was.
He only had a 54% chance of getting Greenland + expansion in East China was also only 80% likely.
That he got all his 4 3vs2 attacks to work had a likelyhood ratio of less then 1/2.

Apologies. It was 0% weighted random so the exact % will differ here (probably be higher chance of it succeeding) but it still remains that with weighted mode there was a significant chance he wouldn't be able to get all 4

By going from Taiwan to philipenes instead of shanghai sze completed E china a turn slower than gnuff finished his 3rd. He also would have been behind a fair bit if one of his 3v2s had missed. In this game it was unecessary, and I think his picks were worse, but in a similar situation in another game this kind of expansion could be awesome.

The pattern of:
1 multipick a 4 income bonus (south america, E russia etc) and conjoined 3 income bonus (central america, scand)
2 pick australia or greenland
3 complete 4 income bonus first with 4v2s and use the rest of the income to get started on aus/gland
4 complete 5 income bonus with 4v2s
6 complete 3 income bonus

is whats important. This goes in the playbook. The addition of the 2nd pick being a 3 income bonus is important because it doesnt slow you down like china does sze.
