few questions: which is the best rating average formula? i meant israel have 2400 points when nobody get such high rating in 1v1 ladder. I am missing soemthing? :P

How can Isreal have over 2400 average best rating? I only remember like 3-4 persons ever hit that mark

seasonal maybe? you can hit more than 3000 there.
