is there any way to predict whose orders will be executed first? or is it just random? particularly interested in figuring this out for team games

Good question. In 1x1 or FFA it's random (apart from using priority cards). But for team games, is it random among all players or just random among players on a given team (e.g. random Team A player 1, then random Team B player 1, then random Team A player 2, then random Team B player 2, etc.)?
I don't know the answer. I think it would be fairer to be random among players on a given team to avoid having everyone on one team go before everyone on another team.

I've read Help and it does not answer my question. It is geared to a 1x1 game ("50% chance") and makes no mention of teams.
_______________
"Each turn, the players are randomized into a new move order. Each player's first order is executed in this random order, then each player's second order, and each player's third.
This means that you always have a 50% chance that your first order will happen before your opponents first order.
For the next round of attacks, the order is reversed so the last player in the first round gets the first move in the second round. It then reverses again for the third round, and so on. This process continues until all orders are executed."
_______________
You might assume that all players are randomized in their turn order each turn means that team status is ignored, such that all members of one team could act before all members of another team, but that is not explicit. Reversing the order of move execution back and forth within a turn makes sense.
