Does anyone here play DayZ? I'm interesting in buying it and want to know more about it from someone who owns it.

isn't it free? im trying to find the step where you have to buy it, just was checking it out out of curiosity

DayZ is actually a mod I believe. I do not play the game, but that is what I have seen on youtube.

I just brought The complete ARMA 2 set on Steam today, for only £12. I also downloaded the DayZ mod aswell. Tommorow I will be trying it out, so I could tell you what it's like.

To clarify things
DayZ mod is Free
It requires ARMA 2: Combined operations.

If you get steam.
It costs £12 to get:
ARMA 2
ARMA 2: Operation Arrow head
ARMA 2: Operation Arrow head BETA
ARMA 2: British Forces
ARMA 2: The army of CzechRepublic
And Free DayZ mod.

The offer Above ends 12th of march it usually costs £30.

Steam is a free gaming network by the way. Type it in on the net and download for free.

As much as DayZ appels to me i am going to hold back on my cash. I got Walking Dead Survival Instinct preordered so that will give me a zombie fix for now.

Np :). I didn't manage to play DayZ today, because everything toke so long to Download, But as it's free it doesn't matter if it good or not.
I only had time to play ARMA 2 operationArrowhead for about 10 min. I can tell u it's the most realistic games I have ever played, all round it's good, however it's quite hard to control, as I don't know all the controls yet.
