But what do "Andean states" and "Southern Cone" in south America mean?

You should indeed change the look of plynesia.
Further more some ideas:
-Connect Eastern China to Eastern Nations (=Japan). Taiwan already looks like it is touching it. It is logical if it is connected to China. Not only because it looks like it is, but also because it is quite "connected" in real life.
-Northern Islands, it does not look good (in my opinion) when not connected to scandinavia. I mean look at the position of the islands (except for Britain). They could (and should) be connected to Scandinavia.

Further more some names:
Southern Cone -> Why not just Argentinia?
Northern Europe -> Central Europe
Central Europe -> Western Europe (Or Northern Europe, but Western is more logical)
Siberia -> Asian Russia. (maybe another name if you want, but it should not be named Siberia)

There region names, collective names for areas.

Andean States is a collective name for North West South America. (Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Peru.)

Beacouse USA is split into different regions and others are not.
