(yes, near the end we were taking our turns 3 months at a time. It kind of just happened over time and we kept the tradition up near the end)

At turn 29 I was down to 9 armies on the board with 2 territories

Some fun facts from the change log on 7/29/2009 (the game was still running on Silverlight, not even Flash yet):

2009-07-29: New features for beta phase 8:
- You can now zoom and pan around the map.
- Quad Earth map added. This is a very large map, be sure to zoom in.
- The Chat panel now shows turn numbers with links to history.
- The My Games page now shows pending team chat in addition to public chat.

Hopefully this game will go down as the longest game ever. I'm curious what the longest running current game is now?

Turn 24 was possibly worse, down to 3 terr with 5 armies total. gj

the fun part is that the game ended with the last opponent booted lol

well that was the autoboot that came at 117 ish days unfortunately
