I would like to have an optional dialog box that asks the last player to commit on a turn if they're sure they're done. I play on my phone and all the buttons are obnoxiously close together. I can't count the number of times I've slipped and accidentally put half a turn in, with no recourse.

Most probably wouldn't need this, but the ones that do, really do. I hope you consider this.

This has happened to me in probably like 0.5% of my games but it's infuriating every time it does. I would support a double tap for commits.

I would agree to this as well... This happens to me on all the non important games that i dont take seriously like ladder or QM

Lets take a rare infuriating occurrence and trade it for an infuriating occurrence every time you commit.

@UFO while a checkbox would be a very good solution, Fizzer just removed the "dont ask me again" checkbox from the Attack Teammate confirmation

That's a good idea! Make it a toggle in the settings.

I play on the phone as well, and I can't tell you how infuriating it is to have to push enough buttons already, and while I can see the value in such a proposition, I am extremely more often in the position of having committed orders erased because I ran out of time, and a confirmation button would only make that issue worse.

The only other issue I could see is whether Fizzer wants to prioritizing it vs some other improvement, but I think most experienced players definitely prefer more control of their games :D

As useful as feature this could be (I've been done/done that - perhaps the real answer is changing the layout of the buttons so people stop accidentally hitting Commit?)...

Also consider the fact that maybe you aren't the last one to move in a game when you hit Commit, but the last opponent moves 2 secs later and the turn advances. Do you want protection against this too?

moving the commit button away from the deploy/attack buttons just removes the entire problem, nice thinking there krinid!

As infrequently as this problem happens, the frequency of what you mentioned, krinid, is like the odds of getting struck by lightning.

An 'are you sure' with the option to disable that dialog is enough, and you don't have to plumb the depths of whatiffery to try and make a different point. Moving the buttons would probably require an art redesign. What I'm suggesting is probably 20 lines of code.

Changing the location of the button is likely less than 20 lines of code. (;

No art design, the art is already created, just changing the location. If the focus on WZ is making it mobile-friendly, well that means making it fat-finger-friendly b/c that is mobile's biggest opponent.

Yeah, I have done this a few times when you are trying to click a diff button on mobile.

Seems like this is a mobile-only problem so what about removing the commit button from the mobile app so players have to switch to desktop in order to commit and there's no way they accidentally hit commit on the app?

Nah, i've done plenty of dumb click on PC as well....

I just want to be able to disable the "Do you want to attack or transfer to your teammate?" dialog :(

+1 on the optional feature to double click the commit button, I would activate it on my smartphone, but it would be annoying to have it in on devices where it's unnecessary
