It's not cheating, it's just a Lottery. The ninja always wins, and you have a 50/50 chance to get the ninja.

The game should however have "Lottery" in the name to make this clear.

Lottery games are OK as long as the game name clearly identifies it as a lottery game (it must use the word "Lottery") and the game has an equal chance of being won by all players (no matter what orders they enter or actions they take).

You should go to https://www.warzone.com/Report?p=30127876386, report JonnyCDC, link the game (https://www.warzone.com/MultiPlayer?GameID=27330363), and note that they created a Lottery game that did not have the word "Lottery" (or the now-acceptable alternative "Lotto") in the title. Games like this break the Lottery filter and, as this thread shows, confuse players.
