Another question, does the SAC affect the supercamp too? If it doesn't, I do not see too much value from it.

In the normal course of a level you have around 20 army camps, of which you only super charge one, the one with the most production. Hence, the remaining 19 or so (depending on the exact number of ACs) aren't super charged but still produce some income. So, is it that problematic if the SC isn't selectable?

That's the least important argument against SCs for me.

Actually I often supercharge 2-3 camps at a time, but that still leaves 17 uncharged ones - but not the highest producing ones, only the lowest producing one. BUT the SC (it's reason for existence) should be the highest producing camp you have, so yes, it's a negative. I bought it thinking I could:

(A) use it with SAC
(B) use it in WZIB (which is questionable since you can buy Legendary artifacts and even upgrade to Insane, so it's not a matter of avoiding P2W, b/c you can already do that)

Neither are true, so 2 negatives. Doesn't negate its worth elsewhere but let's be clear about what it does & doesn't do.

Speaking of SAC, it drastically increases your draft cap. Was capped at 6.23 B, just used a SAC and I got 10 B while it was still going. Might be worth using after buying/inspiring a large number of mercs to get all your draft faster.

Yea, sounds like it kind of partially accomplishes the function of 'Increase draft sizes' AP Adv if you use it wisely.
