Salerno has 158 comuni (wiki) and I really don't want to draw all 158 territories
(and I don't know any other quicker methods)

the divisions to finish the lasts name are:
north: AREA VALLE UFITA
east: AREA ALTA IRPINIA
south: AREA DEL TERMINIO CERVIALTO
middle: AVELLINO E AREA DEL PARTENIO
west: AREA VALLO DI LAURO E BARIANESE
south-west: AREA SERNESE SOLOFIRANA

int's a much work... but the Beneventi's areas are:
NORTH: MORCONESE
NORTHEAST: VAL FORTORE
NORTHWEST: TELESINO E AREA MATESE
SOUTHWEST: AREA TABURNO
CENTRAL: SANNIO

for the names of "comuni" follow the point on the little map if you search a name...
